Hello! Chelsa and Jonny have pre-reserved rooms with a special set rate for the travel window of November 29- December 7, 2026. This resort requires a 4-night minimum for all guests. Guests may extend their stay, pending availability.  

Deadlines
After you have discussed your travel dates with family & friends, you are ready to make a deposit! A room deposit of $200 per room is due upon making your reservation plus the cost of chosen insurance plan (optional). Final room payments due: September 15, 2026

Airfare
As long as your room is booked with the group, you may book your air however you'd like. When you book your air, please forward your air confirmation to us by September 15, 2026. to receive your included transportation. See Airfare question in this FAQ for more details.  

Travel Agent
The couple is working with us, Sarah & Alden Holewinski at Vacay Mode Travels, to make this trip fun and stress free. Please read the important information below and contact us to complete your booking and join us.

All Inclusive resorts are priced per person, based on how many individuals are booked in a room.

The rates listed are PER PERSON and include:

• Hotel Accommodations
• All Inclusive Meal Plan - Also includes all beverages including alcohol
• Round trip private transportation between the destination airport & your resort
• Hotel, Tax & gratuities
• All wedding events & activities

At Majestic Elegance, amenities include:

• 24 hour All Inclusive Welcome cocktail and refreshing towel upon arrival
• Free WI-FI throughout the entire resort.
• Spacious 625 sq. ft, Junior Suites with outdoor Jacuzzi and lounge bed.
• Open in suite bathrooms with bathtub and shower. Free mini bar: beer, sodas, water, snack, re-stocked daily
• Coffee Machine in all rooms, plus Nespresso machines in superior rooms. 1 bottle of rum and 1 bottle of tequila in superior rooms. Safe deposit box with built-in electric outlet, free of charge.
• 13 bars located in different areas of the hotel including 6 swim-up bars. 5 bars are exclusive for Elegance Club clients. Sports bar located on the Mexican Street open from 6 pm to 2 am.
• 7 restaurants, 6 of them à la carte for dinner. Unlimited visits allowed to all restaurants, reservations required only in the Bistro Restaurant which is adults only (+18yrs), or the Kabuki (7 Teppanyaki tables). Lobster included at the Beach Restaurant. Dress code applies.
• Room service included (06:00am to 0:00am Family section) (24hr Elegance Club) House wine (red, white, rose plus sparkling wine) with meals and at the bars.
• Total number of Pools through the resort (12), plus (8) integrated Jacuzzis. (8) Pools are climatized in winter. 1 zero-entry pool. Opening hours 8am to 6pm. 1 swimming pool for children.
• Spacious gym equipped with a wide variety of cardio and weight machines, separate room for Pilates and spinning. 
• Spectacular Spa ($), offering 2 stories and 3 distinct areas to enjoy, beauty parlor, humid area, hydrotherapy with unique “cenote”, and massage/treatment center.
• Golf nearby at the Tom Weiskopf Design golf course in Puerto Cancun. ($)
• Theatre for shows and entertainment. Day and night entertainment available.
• Boutiques, Photoshop, minimarket and pharmacy. Located on the Mexican Street. ($)

What does the Elegance Club Includes (Compared to Regular Rooms):

Elegance Club is an upgraded tier at Majestic Resorts that gives you access to extra perks and VIP-style treatment. Here’s what’s included:

• Private and personalized check in/out will be done at a private area located in the Upper Floor. Each guest will be introduced to their Butler upon arrival who will then escort them to their room while presenting the property and its services along the way!

Yes, all international travelers are required to have a passport BOOK, including infants and children. Passport cards, enhanced driver's licenses or SENTRI cards are not valid for air travel. To learn more about the application process, please visit the U.S. Department of State website.

If you already have a passport, please check the expiration date.

The US State Department recommends that international travelers have 6 months of validity remaining on their passport after their return trip date. 

Because group reservations at all-inclusive resorts are pre-paid and non-refundable, travel insurance is encouraged to protect your investment. Life is unpredictable; plans can change.

The cost of insurance is based on your age, your state of residency and the total cost of your trip. You can view policies and pricing below.

Without insurance, there are no refunds should your plans change. Without insurance, you will also not have any medical coverage for mishaps or catastrophic events. Your US health insurance will likely not work outside of the United States.

Upon entering your trip details below, you will be able to view available plans and pricing.  On the next screen you will see 'optional upgrades', we recommend adding 'Destination Wedding' (available when you click 'view all upgrades' on the bottom). This ensures maximum protection should your plans change. Please note if you purchase the travel protection below when you make your reservation on the booking site and are asking if you need insurance, please select 'no'. 

View Insurance Plans and Pricing

Please note the options above are separate from the travel protection offered in the booking site. The travel protection in the booking site does not include the optional add on for 'Destination Wedding'. However, if you prefer to purchase that plan you can compare pricing and plans here and select your desired plan during the checkout process on the booking page.

Yes! Initial deposits are due upon making your reservation.

There are no set requirements for payments, as long as final payments are made by the deadline. Final payments are due by September 15, 2026.

You can log in to your account anytime using the email from your reservation to apply a payment.

While the group requests that you book your room with the group, you are welcome to book your own airfare. ​

Due to contract deadlines, we recommend booking your hotel room as early as possible and adding air when you're ready. We do recommend setting price watch reminders on google flights so you can book airfare when it is at a price you are comfortable with. You can watch a tutorial on Google Flights here. 

If you book your own air, please forward your air confirmation email to me no later than September 15, 2026. This is how we schedule your transportation pick up at your destination. Guests who do not submit their air information by the deadline will forfeit their included transfers. 

The closest airport is Cancun International Airport (CUN). Transportation is only included from this airport. The included transportation is a "private transfer," which will be waiting for you upon arrival and take you directly to the hotel. 

If you would like assistance with air, we are happy to help! There is a $50 ticketing fee included in all of our air bookings.

Absolutely! If you would like to stay for dates before or after this date window, that is no problem! Please be aware that dates outside the room block window are subject to hotel availability. Upon making your reservation with the available contracted dates, please email us and let us know your desired dates to add and we will reach out to the hotel to confirm this adjustment and send you updated travel documents.  

Note: rates outside the room block dates may differ from our group rates quoted here.

This means that the group has paid a deposit to pre-reserve rooms for your group.

• The couple has signed a contract with the resort and has committed to a minimum number of rooms
• Only rooms booked with Vacay Mode Travels count toward this contract
• The resort has a 4-night minimum stay requirement, but you are welcome to come earlier or stay later!

The couple has paid a deposit to pre-reserve rooms for your group. They have a group contract that allows them to offer additional benefits for their guests.

The group kindly asks that you book your hotel within our designated group contract here at Vacay Mode Travels.

There are several reasons why you should honor the group's wishes and book the hotel portion with the group:

• The group has worked with me to negotiate a contract for the ENTIRE group. This includes a special set rate and includes transportation.
• Groups are given priority status at the resort, so you might miss out on some VIP treatment.
• Groups are given priority room assignments, so if you book directly, you're likely getting a room that couldn't be sold to a group. It will be leftover inventory, probably in a undesirable location away from everyone else.
• Groups are given priority in terms of an oversold situation. If the hotel over sells, your group is protected but his reservation is not. You could be walked to another location.

Guests who do not book within the group contract unfortunately:

• Will not get the group rates
• Will have to pay up front vs. over time.
• Will not receive any pre-departure, trip support or post-trip support from us.
• Unfortunately, we cannot assist with travel arrangements made outside of the group, nor can we assist in the event of an emergency.
• Will be required to pay a day pass on property to attend wedding events.

We recommend using a computer as using a phone can cause difficulties with the payment on the booking site. You can log in and make payments any time with the account you set up to make your reservation.

Yes! However, the booking site is set up for double occupancy+ so we kindly ask that you reserve your room in one of the available room categories, list your name for both travelers, and email sarah@govacaymodetravels.com. We will then adjust your reservation to a solo and send you updated travel documents confirming the change.

Yes! Reserve your room in one of the available room categories and email sarah@govacaymodetravels.com which room category you would like, and we will request to swap it with the hotel.
