We begin the process with a personalized meeting where we will get to know more about both of you. We delve into your unique vision, ensuring every element reflects your personal style.

With an extensive network of exquisite venues across Mexico, we help you choose the perfect backdrop for your special day and ensure we lock in your desired date.
Step 3
We will review and guide you through signing contracts. We will start with the wedding department for your venue and secondly, with the hotel for your group room contract. We will ensure everything is noted such as earned concessions, final payment dates, and your desired room categories are reserved.
Step 4
We simplify the travel and planning process for you and your guests. We take care of flights (for bridal party), accommodations, activities or excursions, and transportation, pre travel information and tips ensuring a stress-free experience. We will have private meetings with the bridal couple to plan all of the wedding details, budget, vendor coordination, manage timelines and due dates.
Step 5
We will meet prior to your departure to ensure all final details are in place. We will do a final review of all the travel and wedding details ensuring you and your guests are comfortable and ready for the big 'I DO'.
Step 6
Time to sit back and enjoy! Follow the pre-travel guide we sent you with currency information, how to get through the airport with ease, packing list, tipping recommendations and everything else you will need to have a smooth and stress-free experience. If you need us, we are just a phone call away! After your travels, we will follow up to ensure everything was perfect.
