Hey there — we’re Sarah and Alden, a husband-and-wife team living our dream in coastal Mexico, helping couples plan destination weddings that feel personal, joyful, and completely unforgettable. Our story started with our own wedding at Lambeau Field (yes, we’re Packers fans!), and that experience sparked something big. We realized how powerful it is to create a celebration that truly reflects who you are — and we wanted to help other couples do the same.
With backgrounds in healthcare, leadership, and event planning, we combined our strengths to launch Vacay Mode Travels. Sarah’s all about logistics, vendor coordination, and creative storytelling. Alden brings calm, hands-on support and keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes. Together, we’re certified Travel Professionals with extra credentials as Certified Destination Wedding & Honeymoon Specialists and Travel Industry Coaching.
Now based in Mazatlán, we spend our days exploring resorts, building relationships, and bringing personalized wedding visions to life. We only take on a limited number of celebrations each year so every couple gets our full attention — because your story deserves nothing less.
